Off - Road Boche

It was in the summer of 1998 on my first trip to Gleesons Landing when I was introduced to the sport of "Off - Road Boche". It was during happy hour after several glasses of red wine when the Boche balls were brought out. I said "You can’t play Boche here there is no flat ground" I was quickly told that’s okay because it is Off Road Boche.

When we were preparing to leave for our Clean Up Australia trip I asked Tony to bring our set. So on Saturday I got out the Boche Balls and eight of our number picked a ball each & started to play. During the next hour or so most of the camp joined in to the progressive games.

I thought this lot would be a push over me being an experienced tosser but how wrong was I, in the main I was creamed.
