Bike Ride to Glenelg

Sunday, we arrived at Bill & Carols, to start off the day with Scones & Coffee for morning tea. We then left around 10 am for a leisurely bike ride down part of Linear Park and then towards the beach and along the beach front to Glenelg.

After a mechanical hitch with the front handle bars of Sarah’s, Andrew decided a trip to the shops to purchase a set of allen keys would be of value. In the mean while, we were lucky enough to stop another cyclist who actually had a set on hand to do the job.

We arrived back at Lockleys via Tapleys Hill Road and all had our lunch. JC, Jane & Jasmine arrived after they had been down to the coffee shop. Jill & Bruce had completed their walk down to the beach front and back to Lockleys.

A good day was enjoyed by all. Thanks to Bill & Carol for organising the day.
