Preparation During the week prior to Naidia JC rang all the members who were attending to sort out who was cooking what. So we then had a menu for the event. The Camp Oven Cook-Up After happy hour on Saturday night we started cooking the feast with soup (Barb F) and beer damper (Chris H) the first course. Followed by stew (Sandra & Tony F), a savoury omelette (Aaron G) and a curry (Jill W) was the main course. Then came dessert which was a custard apple bake (Jill W) and a sultana, apple bread and butter pudding assembled by (JC but ingredients prepared by Jane) the day before departure. We Dined and Dined some more As well as all of us we entertained Michael, Carolyn and little Aylah C our hosts for the weekend. The feast was indeed splendid with all of us sharing each others creations under a sky full of magnificent stars which made the overnight temperature frosty.
